Domiciliary Registered Manager

Key Responsibilities of Registered Manager:
Register with CQC and lead the safe launch of the service
Recruit and retain an outstanding care team
Ensure high standards of care delivery, quality assurance, and compliance
Influence service growth strategy and contribute to wider operational planning
Support and mentor the senior team in areas of care leadershipRequirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within social care
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Ability to work autonomously and drive service performance
Passionate about delivering culturally sensitive, high-quality careBenefits:
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (negotiable for the right person)
Bonuses: £6,000 quality-based, £5,000 growth-based, and up to 2% of additional revenue (post-300 care hours)
33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
