As a Frontline Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. This position requires you to be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with accurate information and guidance on various matters. You will work closely with different departments to facilitate seamless communication and ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and your keen problem-solving skills will be invaluable as you handle diverse requests. Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Handle a variety of customer requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and report feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and a professional demeanor under pressure.

Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £19.95
Location: Islington, North London
