Description
As our current partner, Fallen & Felled, prepares to move on from their space here at the workshop, we’re looking for someone new to take it over.
We're open to a range of potential uses—an individual maker, a creative business, a materials supplier, or even a food and beverage business. We're especially interested in ideas that align with our values, will engage our members and contribute to the wider local community.
We're committed to developing a collaborative offer that complements our purpose, and we’d love to hear proposals that reflect that spirit.
Space Details:
- 18 sqm total, with the possibility to divide into two 3x3m areas
- The space is currently open with a roof but no walls.
- Any modifications needed to make the space suitable for your use are negotiable—please include your requirements in your proposal
