Facilities Manager Wanted for School in London

A well-established school in Wimbledon, London is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join its operations team.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for coordinating the school’s facilities and ensuring that buildings, grounds and services operate effectively.
This is a varied position requiring strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing facilities operations
Managing planned and reactive maintenance
Coordinating contractors
Monitoring cleaning and grounds services
Conducting regular site inspections
Supporting health and safety requirements
Maintaining compliance documentation
Managing facilities requests
Assisting with building projects
Supporting events and lettings
The school is looking for someone with previous facilities, estates, property or premises experience.
Experience within education would be advantageous, but candidates from other professional facilities environments will also be considered.
