Are you a resilient, confident and committed professional looking to make a real difference in young people's lives? We are seeking a Part-Time Cover Supervisor to join our supportive and dedicated team at a secondary Alternative Provision school in Harrow.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You'll supervise classes, manage behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the opportunity to positively impact pupils who may have experienced barriers to mainstream education.
