We’re looking for a Chef de Partie – Staff Chef to take the lead in our Staff Restaurant, ensuring our team is fuelled with fresh, nutritious and delicious meals every day.

What you’ll do:

Prepare and serve daily meals for our staff, offering a variety of balanced and appealing options.

Ensure menus are creative, seasonal, and cater to different dietary needs.

Manage your section efficiently, keeping high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Support in ordering and stock control, minimising waste and managing costs effectively.

Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen environment.

Salary: £35,797 p/a + tronc, plus benefits
