Financial Controller
- Lead and support the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and statutory accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and implement effective financial strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and analysis.
- Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
