We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established and professional business based in Hampton.

This is a busy and varied position combining customer service, administration and claims support. You will be speaking with customers and external suppliers, processing information, providing updates and ensuring cases are progressed accurately and efficiently.

This would suit someone with a strong background in customer service and administrati on , particularly within insurance, claims, automotive, fleet, vehicle hire or a similar fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by telephone and email.
• Handle customer queries and provide clear, professional updates.
• Process and maintain accurate information on internal systems.
• Record accident and vehicle damage information.
• Review cases and chase outstanding information.
• Liaise with insurers, repairers, bodyshops and other external suppliers.
• Arrange repair estimates and proactively progress repairs.
• Keep internal teams updated on progress.
• Process relevant documentation and invoices.
• Monitor ongoing cases and ensure agreed timescales are met.
• Resolve queries and problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous customer service and administration experience.
• Confident telephone and email communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• A proactive approach to chasing information and progressing queries.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Confidence learning new systems.
• A professional, positive and customer-focused approach.

Experience within insurance, claims, accident management, automotive, fleet, vehicle hire or vehicle repairs would be highly advantageous.

A full UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
