What you'll be doing

As our Product Owner you will work within a cross-functional team, driving the delivery of both new and existing products for the 2 product squads (Personalisation and Ecom). Acting as the link between product, engineering and data, they will champion agile practices and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.

• Partner with the Ecom and Personalisation squads across engineering and product to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with Noli's mission and business goals.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating vision into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes, always staying 2-3 sprints ahead to ensure readiness.
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups), driving efficient and transparent delivery cycles.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data to deliver features from solutioning alongside the Product Manager through to launch.
• Collaborate with QAs to ensure robust test coverage and provide sign-off on deliverables that meet quality and business standards.
• Partner with the Product Managers to balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision, making trade-offs between customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and squads, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely communication across teams.
• Track product releases and performance against key metrics, using learnings to refine and evolve the roadmap alongside the PMs.
• Utilising and improving the current Noli architecture and toolings to optimise teams efficiency and productivity in the short and long terms

What experience we need to see from you

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Owner in a high-growth digital business (ecommerce or consumer tech a plus).
• Experience in an early stage startups where you helped in defining the product vision and operational foundations as the first (or one of the first) Product Owners/Scrum Masters, enabling clear prioritisation, fast delivery, and alignment between founders and tech teams,
• Strong understanding of agile principles and hands-on experience leading delivery within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to align diverse teams around a common vision.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset comfortable using insights to prioritise and validate decisions.
• Ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
• Adaptable, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment

Nice to have but still apply if you don't have it!

• Experience in personalisation, ecommerce growth, or experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, CRO)
• Familiarity with tools like, analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude), or experimentation platforms.
