About the Opportunity
An international technology and digital transformation organisation is seeking an experienced SAP PEO Consultant with strong Quality Management (QM) expertise to support complex manufacturing and engineering transformation programmes.
The role focuses on delivering SAP Production Engineering & Operations (PEO) solutions within S/4HANA environments, ensuring strong integration across logistics, asset management, and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP PEO solutions across engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Facilitate fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops for PEO and QM processes.
- Configure and optimise SAP QM processes including inspections, quality notifications, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure integration of PEO with PM/EAM, MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Support full lifecycle delivery including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Drive UAT support, defect resolution, and continuous process optimisation.
- Provide stakeholder engagement, user training, and change management support.
Required Experience
- Extensive SAP experience across implementation and support programmes.
- Proven experience delivering SAP PEO or comparable manufacturing solutions.
- Strong functional expertise within SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Experience working on S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Background supporting complex manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or defence environments.
- Full lifecycle project delivery experience including testing and deployment phases.
Desirable Skills
- Experience integrating with SAP PM / EAM.
- Exposure to global template rollouts and international programme delivery.
- Knowledge of Agile or DevOps delivery methodologies.
- Experience with data migration, test management, and integration testing.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, or a related discipline.
- SAP certification within relevant modules would be advantageous.
