We're currently working with a large national law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Solicitor to join its established conveyancing team in Harrow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a well-resourced national practice offering a great benefits package, career development opportunities and the flexibility of hybrid working following probation.

The role

You will handle residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, managing your own caseload and working closely with clients and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing residential sales and purchases

Handling remortgage and equity release transactions

Reviewing and checking freehold and leasehold titles

Dealing with transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers

Providing support, guidance and training to conveyancing assistants

Developing client relationships and contacts within the local area

Identifying opportunities to cross-refer clients to other departments

Providing cover for other offices when required

Maintaining strong and professional working relationships across the firm

Working in accordance with the firm's policies, procedures and professional standards

What we're looking for

Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property

Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload

Good knowledge of the Harrow/local area

Confident dealing with clients and managing matters from instruction through to completion

Strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions

Professional, organised and commercially aware

Someone who can work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
