Hamptons are seeking a highly motivated and organised Client Services Consultant to join our team in Aldgate, with the option of hybrid working arrangements.

As a valued member of our successful team, you will receive extensive training and be presented with numerous opportunities to progress quickly within the Client Services department and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow local market share by building relationships with Vendors and Landlords
• Create strong branch relationships with our front office teams by having regular meetings
• Utilise our database to generate Market Appraisals, Instructions and Revenue as well as build a strong pipeline of future business
• Build credibility with Vendors and Landlords by providing local and national market updates
• Make business generation calls to current and previous Vendors and Landlords in order to secure appointments and cross-referrals including mortgage and conveyancing appointments

Skills & Experience Required:

• An individual with a track record of achieving results in a sales based role
• To be passionate about building relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional customer service skills
• To be organised and have a pro-active approach
• A self-motivated individual with good time management
