  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing, adaptable teams across regions

Own End-to-End Project Execution

  • Act as senior escalation point for programme risks or delivery challenges
  • Ensure operational alignment across varied project types and tiers

Embed PM Ownership and Governance

  • Champion PM ownership across all workstreams, from pitch to delivery
  • Evolve project governance, tooling, and best practices
  • Build real-time reporting systems to surface project health, blockers, and KPIs
  • Drive compliance with delivery standards, workflows, and escalation processes

Integrate and Align Delivery Across All Functions

  • Eliminate silos by connecting delivery with creative, production, tech, and strategy
  • Define clear handshakes and workflows to streamline operations
  • Coordinate closely with studio leads and managers to track resourcing, capacity, and blockers
  • Reinforce DI (Delivery Intelligence) compliance across PMs and teams

Partner Closely with Client and Account Teams

  • Support scoping, resourcing, and pricing during pitches and onboarding
  • Work with client leads to ensure operational expectations and deliverables are aligned
  • Represent delivery in strategic client discussions and post-project evaluations

Drive Operational Efficiency and Performance

  • Audit current workflows and identify inefficiencies across the production lifecycle
  • Improve team utilisation and resource planning across departments
  • Support automation and the adoption of tools that reduce manual effort
  • Oversee delivery reporting across markets, providing visibility to leadership

Champion Culture, Collaboration, and Accountability

  • Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Celebrate delivery wins and create shared momentum across teams
  • Ensure quality data and insight inform operations, quality control, and performance reviews
  • Promote a collaborative, people-first culture that empowers PMs to lead with confidence

Skills and Experience required

  • Proven experience in leading integrated delivery functions across creative, production, and project management teams
  • Strong background in project management with deep understanding of workflow, resource planning, and cross-functional team operations
  • Demonstrated success in reorganising and scaling delivery teams to meet changing business needs
  • Experience implementing tools, systems, and reporting structures that enhance delivery visibility and efficiency
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance quality, speed, and margin
  • Track record of driving operational change and embedding continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach senior PMs and delivery leads
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to partner effectively with account, creative, and strategy leaders, as well as clients
  • Comfortable navigating complex organisational structures and stakeholder environments (including holding company integrations)
  • Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, and data-informed decision-making is a strong advantage

What Success Looks Like

  • A unified, scalable delivery function operating across all workstreams
  • PMs embedded in project delivery with clear ownership and leadership visibility
  • Projects consistently delivered on time, on budget, and to scope
  • Stronger integration across creative, production, and client services
  • Delivery recognised as a strategic enabler of performance and growth
