Video Producer & Editor (Hiring Immediately)
Hillsong UK is looking for a creative and skilled Video Producer & Editor to bring our story to life through high-quality video content. You will play a key role in producing and editing videos that communicate our vision, campaigns, and ministry initiatives with excellence. This role goes beyond simply filming and editing. You will help elevate storytelling across the church, support locations nationwide, and ensure visual consistency that reflects the culture and heart of Hillsong UK. What You’ll Do Video Production Produce a variety of content including sermon clips, series trailers, campaign films, testimonies, and promotional videos. Film key moments during conferences, national events, and occasional Sunday services. Lead pre-production planning including scripting, shot lists, and logistics. Capture content that reflects the culture, vision, and diversity of Hillsong UK. Editing & Post-Production Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Manage post-production workflows including colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and subtitles. Deliver content optimised for YouTube, Instagram, social media, and in-service screens. Ensure consistent visual style and quality across all outputs. Creative Collaboration Work closely with the Communications Director and Manager to deliver creative vision. Partner with the Social Media & Digital Engagement Coordinator to produce digital-first edits and short-form content. Contribute creative ideas that strengthen storytelling and engagement. National Support & Location Partnership Support Hillsong UK locations with video production and storytelling needs. Maintain consistent video standards across all campuses. Advise and equip local teams to strengthen video capability nationally. Workflow & Delivery Maintain organised footage archives and media libraries. Develop efficient editing and production workflows. Manage freelance videographers or editors when required. Deliver projects on time and aligned with campaigns and ministry timelines. Who We’re Looking For Faith & Character A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to Hillsong Church’s vision. Regular involvement in church life and alignment with Biblical standards. Spiritual maturity, teamwork, and a collaborative, positive attitude. Skills & Experience Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience in Film, Media, Communications, or Digital Media. Proven experience producing and editing video content from concept to delivery. Experience filming live events, ideally within church, non-profit, or live production environments. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and After Effects). Understanding of video production workflows, lighting, sound, and composition. Experience creating content for digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and social media. Strong organisational, project management, and collaborative skills.
