Senior Tax Advisor - Employment Tax Advisory
I'm working exclusively with a major client I've partnered with for almost 20 years to help them find a talented Senior Tax Advisor for their Equity and Employment Tax team.
Having supported this organisation for many years, I can genuinely say they offer a fantastic environment to grow your career. They have an excellent reputation for developing their people, offering diverse and challenging projects, and providing a supportive, collaborative culture. I also personally know the Partner and have helped them throughout their career too.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you'll work with high-profile clients on complex projects and play a key role in driving the team forward.
The Role
You'll be involved in both compliance and advisory work, delivering technical excellence while providing strategic solutions to clients. You'll also have the chance to mentor junior team members and help shape the future of the practice.
Key responsibilities:
Advising clients on complex employment tax and equity matters.
Delivering high-quality compliance and advisory projects.
Balancing day-to-day tax compliance with strategic project work.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Upholding quality, technical, and risk management standards.
Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
What My Client is Looking For
We're seeking someone ambitious and client-focused, who enjoys solving problems and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
You will ideally have:
Strong experience in employment tax advisory.
Knowledge of global mobility payroll (a bonus, but not essential).
A relevant qualification such as ATT, ACA, ACCA, CA, or CTA.
Strong technical skills with a passion for continuous learning.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
A client-first approach with strong commercial awareness.
Experience within professional services (preferred).
Why You'll Love Working Here
Having worked closely with this client for many years, I know they truly value their people and provide a supportive and flexible working culture.
What they offer:
A competitive salary with performance-related rewards.
Flexible benefits designed to suit your lifestyle.
Structured career development and mentoring programs.
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
An inclusive, diverse culture where everyone is valued.
While some travel and client-site work will be required, flexibility is a core part of how they operate.
