As a Recruitment Consultant , you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.

We are looking for a self starter and sales driven person to join our successful Digital Technology team on a Data, AI & Machine Learning desk. With this as a market focus, it’s a great time to join this team!

You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

We are looking for individuals with;

• Experience in Data, AI & Machine Learning within Recruitment:
  You understand how technology is reshaping talent acquisition — from data-driven sourcing to AI-powered matching and automation.
• Proven Business Development / Sales Focus:
  A strong track record in winning new business, managing client relationships, and driving commercial growth.
