At Ixion (part of Shaw Trust), we’re passionate about connecting people with skills and sustainable employment. As our Employer Engagement Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind employer partnerships in London. Your role will include:

• Building and nurturing trusted employer relationships across key sectors.
• Securing ringfenced vacancies and linking them to courses and learners, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic engagement.
• Designing tailored recruitment solutions that meet business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll work closely with employers, Jobcentre Plus, and internal teams to create pathways into employment that change lives.

Essential:

You will have:

• Competent in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets in employer engagement, recruitment, or business development
• Experience of working with employer networks, agencies, and local authorities or equivalent similar experience
• Experience negotiating and influencing employers to agree ringfenced or targeted recruitment solutions
• Experience of managing pipelines and reporting progress against KPIs
