Head of Ad Monetisation – Mobile Apps
A rapidly growing business is seeking a Head of (In App) Monetisation to join their commercial Mobile Ads (In App) team. This role will focus on maximising mobile advertising revenue across digital platforms, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver best-in-class ad performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising operations and a proven track record of optimising yield and troubleshooting ad delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping monetisation strategies and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- * Monitor and optimise revenue performance across Mobile Ad inventory.
- * Manage AdTech stack changes and communicate impact across teams.
- * Ensure smooth Mobile ad delivery, addressing latency and quality issues.
- * Work with cross-functional teams to align monetisation strategies with business goals.
- * Explore and test new AdTech solutions to improve performance.
- * Provide reporting and insights to internal teams and external partners.
About you;
- * 5+ years’ experience working in Programmatic mobile In-app
- * Strong understanding of programmatic trading, mediation, and mobile app environments.
- * Hands-on experience with major ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob) – is a must have!
- * An analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data.
- * Excellent communication skills, comfortable with both technical and commercial discussions.
- * Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
Up to £105k base + bonus + benefits
