Nanny-Housekeeper

This is a live- in nanny/HK role and the family are looking for a kind, calm and gentle person who is able to take on the full housekeeping of a very busy home. This is an 60% housekeeper role and 40% nanny role. Someone who is a self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed and who takes pride in their work. They should take responsibility for the smooth running of the home, including all the deep cleaning, lots of laundry and ironing. They should have excellent organisational skills, have attention to detail and leave the home looking clean and well looked after.

We are looking for someone with previous relevant experience looking after children and who are happy to help with doing fun activities with the children after school or in school holidays. Someone fit and healthy who has enough energy to keep up with the children plus clean a 5-story home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helping with getting children ready in the morning
• Helping with breakfast and clearing up after breakfast
• Deep cleaning of the home
• Cleaning inside windows
• Washing up/ empty dishwasher
• Changing bed linen
• Washing towels
• Carrying out laundry and ironing for the family
• Unpacking groceries
• Occasional shopping if running low on ingredients
• Writing shopping lists
• Help in the afternoon with children
