Compliance Manager
Salary: £55,000 (DOE)

A leading sustainable packaging manufacturer seeks a Compliance Manager to support operations and ensure alignment to UK manufacturing standards. The role involves working closely with the Head of Operations, managing procurement processes, ensuring sustainability certifications, and overseeing supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Head of Operations in procurement and compliance (FSC, ISCC, EUDR, BRC, Sedex).
- Drive sustainability certification initiatives.
- Manage purchasing for a key product category and onboard suppliers.
- Monitor EU/UK legislation affecting supply chain.
- Oversee bespoke orders and new product development.
- Conduct supplier audits and report on performance metrics.
- Degree-level education.
- Experience in international sourcing, compliance, and sustainability.
- Strong analytical, legislative knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
