Roastery Assistant (Temporary Contract) (Hiring Immediately)

About the role As an Allpress Production Assistant, you will be involved in the complete coffee production process from start to finish. You will be packing orders; ensuring our customers get the best service and roasting coffee. The right person for this position will be highly motivated, energetic, have great communication skills and love working as part of a team. • Self-motivated • Good eye for detail • Excellent communicator and able to partner with multiple areas of the business • A full drivers license is beneficial but not essential for the role. This role is a on a temporary contract, lasting until the end of January 2027 with the possibility for extension. Details: Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week. Salary: £30,800 per annum Days: Monday - Friday Times: We operate on a rota with shifts scheduled between 6am and 8pm. Probation period: 3 months Contract period: Until end of January 2027 with the posibility for extension Reporting to: Roastery Manager Experience: A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required. No previous roastery or packaging experience is needed but would be beneficial.
