Early years Practitioner in Northolt
Early Years Practitioner is needed in a sought-after Montessori nursery located in Northolt London.
Schedule: Flexitime, Monday to Friday Responsibilities of Early Years Practitioner:Plan and implement activities that stimulate children's development
Create a safe and supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
Provide leadership and guidance to support the team
Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting Experience of Early Years Practitioner : Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Strong drive and enthusiasm for working with children
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in English language
Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or relevant field Skills: Knowledge of nursery practices and child development
Excellent communication skills
Leadership abilities to guide and motivate staff
Strong organisational skills to manage daily activities effectively
