About the Role
At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the PWS to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
- Support individuals with personal care, medication and household tasks
- Promote independence, and provide physical and emotional support
- Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments
- Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
- Communicate effectively with the team, family members
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team
Shift Patterns
Shift patterns consist of day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and waking nights between the hours of 8:00am - 10:00pm, 10pm - 8am. Shift patterns may vary as it is done on a rota basis.

Requirements
Must be able to work as part of a team and lone working; take initiative and problem-solving skills. Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process).
