FX Product Manager (Hiring Immediately)

We’re looking for an FX Product Manager to: co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle lead and drive FX product initiatives iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers. ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights) Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive product testing—such as UX assessments, end user testing, and research analysis—to gather valuable insights and confirm launch readiness prior to market entry. support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...) For the right candidate the option to take on team lead responsibilities and guide other Product Managers in their career development. Requirement: At least 8-10 years of Product Manager or Business Analyst experience in an Agile delivery model within the financial industry. Sound understanding of Trading is highly desirable, preferably in the FX space Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Technical experience with trading applications Strong communication and collaboration skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels Attitude to own and drive the changes from inception to roll-out Setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
