Director, Market Intelligence
LEGO Digital Play will bring the LEGO brand into the world of first-party digital entertainment and gaming. Our mission is to ensure the LEGO Brand remains as powerfully a part of children’s lives in the coming decades as it has ever been – as more and more of those lives take part in digital.

This role combines market analytics, technical acumen, and organizational leadership to translate complex signals—player behavior, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies—into actionable insights. The director will shape the systems, tools, and people that power a unified view of the gaming landscape.
The role will report to the VP, Head of Strategy, serving as a critical leader and pillar within the Strategy team.
