The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As a Spa Concierge, you will be the first and last touchpoint for our Asaya guests, ensuring every interaction feels effortless, nurturing, and exquisitely curated. You will handle reservations, greet guests with a sense of calm authority, support our practitioners, maintain a peaceful flow throughout the space, and deliver an experience that embodies mindful luxury at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and guide guests through their wellness journey with warmth, grace, and attentiveness.

• Manage bookings, treatments, itineraries, and retail purchases with absolute precision.

• Champion the Asaya philosophy by offering deeply personalised recommendations.

• Maintain the spa’s sense of tranquillity and uphold exceptional standards of presentation.

• Support practitioners and therapists to create a seamless, holistic guest experience.

• Handle guest feedback with empathy, confidence, and a solutions-focused approach.

• Work closely with the wider Wellness & F&B teams to coordinate guest journeys.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous spa, wellness, luxury retail, or concierge experience is an advantage.

• Strong emotional intelligence, calm under pressure, and a guest-first mindset.

• An ability to anticipate needs before they’re spoken.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A genuine passion for wellbeing, mindfulness, and holistic hospitality.
