Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA or Diploma in any business field, and trained in customer service, credit default. management, saving mobilization.
Work Experience: 1 year in MFI
The role of the CSO is to plan, organize and coordinate the way in which community and savings are mobilized toward the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Mainly to mobilize deposits and manage loan clients.
Work Place: Hawassa Branch
Position 2: Customer Service I
Qualification: BA/BSc in Accounting and Finance/Business, Economics, or other related Fields.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience out of 1 year on CS01 in Microfinance Institutions.
