Position 1: General Technician
Qualification: Diploma (Level IV) in Computer & electrical electronics, Office equipment & maintenance, Electric & electronics equipment Service Management (EESM)
Experience: 0 years of experience, but experience in the area will make it advantageous.
Essential Functionality:
- Respond to maintenance requests for the note-counting machine, printer, scanner, photocopier, and other office equipment.
- Perform functionality checks on HVAC, electrical systems, and safety systems and respond to their complex issues to meet health and safety standards.
- Monitoring, servicing, troubleshooting equipment flaws, updating and improving, repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
- performing other related duties as deemed necessary.

Position 2: Customer Service Executive – II
Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Work Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Essential Functionality:
- Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
- Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
- Collects/pays cash and debit/credits the respective accounts,
- Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier,
- Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers and,
- Perform other duties as required.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash)
Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Essential Functionality:

Work Experience: 7(seven) years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.
Essential Functionality:
- Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business-level strategy of the Bank;
- Plan and lead the resource mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch workforce in an effective manner.
- Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods such as customer surveys at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;
- Ensure an attractive banking service is delivered and maintained;
- Aggressively engages in marketing and promotional activities,

Position 5: Messenger & Cleaner – I
Qualifications: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Work Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience
- Age: Between 18-35
Essential Functionality:
- Receive and deliver documents, materials, and supplies from office to office within the company.
- Securely delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient promptly.
- Protects the confidentiality of information and documents
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position 6: Security Guard – I
Qualifications: Grade 10th Complete /12th
Work Experience: two/2 years of relevant experience in Military service.
- Age: Between 25-50
Essential Functionality:
- Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities
- Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
- Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
- Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
