Position 1: Customer Services Officer -I

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions. 

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration

Experience Requirement: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 4 (Four) years of relevant experience in a Bank or 5 years at Microfinance Institutions.

Position 4: Digital System Development and Customization Officer

Qualifications and Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering, or any other related field of studies.

Experience: 5 years of experience as a Junior digital banking Application development and customization Officer.

Position 5: Application Development and Customization Officer

Education and training: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering or any other related field of studies

Experience: 5 years of experience as a Junior Application development and customization Officer.

Position 6: Senior Digital banking System Development Officer

Education and training: MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering or any other related field of studies

Experience: 5 to 7 years of Experience as digital Application development and customization Officer.

Position 7: Senior Application Development and Customization Officer

Education and training: MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering, or any other related field of studies.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of Experience as an Application development and customization Officer.

Position 8: Branch Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of studies.

Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

Position 9: Application Development and Customization Officer Manager

Education and training: MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering, or any other related field of studies.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of Experience as an Application development and customization Officer.

Position 10: Digital Banking Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

Experience: 3 years of Experience in Banking operation in a Digital position.
