Position 1: Chief Resources Officer
Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s degree from a recognized higher learning institution and preferably have diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
Experience: A minimum of 12 years’ experience in insurance, of which 4 years shall be in a managerial position in any one or more of core areas of general insurance operations.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Director Human Resource Management Directorate
Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Law or related fields of study from a recognized higher learning institution and preferably have a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources-International(SPHRI).
Experience:A minimum of 11 years’ of relevant work experience, four of which must be in a managerial position in human resources management.
