Position 1: Chief Officer – Interest-Free Banking
Educational and Work Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Management/Business Administration/ Accounting/ Economics or related fields of study with 12 years of relevant experience of which 5 years in senior management positions for BA holders or 10 years of relevant experience in which 4years in senior management positions for MBA/MA holders.
Experience in IFB operation management, knowledge and application of sharia, and
experience in financial institutions is mandatory notwithstanding to the requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia.

In addition to the above competencies, the position’s holder has to manage the overall process of interest-free banking of the Bank, and is responsible for ensuring all financing and investments are approved with quantitative and qualitative financing and investment analysis requirements of the Bank on top of proactively managing the financing quality of the Bank and ensuring that all IFB processes of the Bank comply with the requirement of sharia law.

Position 2: Deputy Chief
Officer- Marketing and
Partnership
Educational and Work Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Marketing
Management/Business Administration/
Economics or related fields of study with 11 years of relevant experience of which 4 years in senior management positions for BA holders or 9 years of relevant experience of which 4 years in senior management positions for MBA/MA holders. Experience in marketing management is mandatory
while experience in a financial institution is advantageous. The requirements of the 7 National Bank of Ethiopia remain applicable.

the Bank in line with the best practices, policies, and procedures of the Bank.

Position 3: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Educational and Work Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Management/Business Administration/Accounting/Economics or related fields of study with 11 years of relevant experience of which 4 years in senior management positions for BA holders or 9 years of relevant experience in which
3 years in senior management positions for MBA/MA holders. Experience in assisting and advising the CEO of a financial institution is mandatory. The 7 requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia remains applicable

among other functions; manages the preparation of an annual plan for the Chief Executive Office and provide a range of advice to the CEO on top of assisting the
CEO on the various activities of the Bank. The job holder will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and providing advice on the full range of operational and strategic issues to the CEO of the Bank.
